At Consultus we believe that successful monitoring and evaluation provides information that directly translates into improved performance, increased accountability and ownership. Our monitoring and evaluation procedures that are in line with international standards are as follows:

Currently, there is a growing concern among the development community for concering the efficiency and impact of developement plans and programs. Therefore, there is  increasing need to enhance and promote monitoring and evaluation practices. 

Since its estbalishment CONSULTUS has been implementing several M&E projects among different sectors.  

CONSULTUS Monitoring and Evaluation practices combines our experience in qualitative and quantitative evaluations across multiple development interventions with our expertise in fostering learning cultures. We integrate evaluation and monitoring services with high-quality analytical, capacity building, and knowledge management solutions.


At CONSULTUS,  We offer both mid-term (formative) and final (summative) evaluation types, and experimental, quasi-experimental, and non-experimental designs. We are experienced in a wide variety of evaluations, including needs assessments, process evaluations, outcome or performance evaluations, and impact evaluations. We offer high-quality and participatory evaluations using qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods approaches, including the design, implementation, and analysis of instruments such as surveys, focus groups, and interviews.
